This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Blinkvid, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, API calls, and account behavior.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not use Blinkvid to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Any NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or adult content, including nudity, explicit sexual acts, or fetish content.
• Sexual content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous characters.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or content intended for sexual gratification.
• Violence, self-harm, extremism, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity promotion.
• Copyright infringement, impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, or privacy violations.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated and manual review to detect prohibited behavior. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend generations, limit features, freeze credits, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

If you believe content violates this policy, contact support@blinkvid.net with relevant details (account email, task ID, and screenshots when available).

5. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. By using Blinkvid, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and platform requirements.
